A Mode for Relationship between Communicational Skills, Teaching-Learning Activities, Computer Literacy and Time Management with Efficive Learning in Smart Schools

Abstract

Introduction: The aim of this study was to investigate the relationship between communication skills, teaching-learning activities, computer literacy and time management with effective learning in smart schools.
Method: descriptive-correlational research method was used.  The statistical population of this study is all teachers of 19th distric schools in Tehran. Two-stage cluster random sampling was used to select the sample, finally, 106 teacher were selected. The instrument was three researcher-made questionnaires 1. factors affecting effective learning  questionnaire (α=0.88), 2. Willing to learn questionnaire of (α=0.92), 3 effective learning in Smart Schools questionnaire (α=0.91). Validity of questionnaires provided by specialist and reliability provided by alpha Cranach. Data analyzed by Pearson test and SEM.
Results: The total results revealed the direct effects of   communicational Skill dimentionss on effective learning as follow: openness (0.26), sympathy (0.23), Supportiveness (0.29), positivism (0.24) and Equality  was (0.22), also the effect of individual learning activity was(0.26)and group learning activities was (0.45). The effect of  computer literacy was (0.13), electronic instruction software was (0.04) and efficient use of time management was (0.19), effective use of time for learning was (0.07).
